Energy Healing & Chakra Balancing
Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing is offered by Lynn Howerton, a Reiki Master, Quantum Healing Hypnosis practitioner, intuitive Energy Healer, Social Worker and animal lover.
Come and enjoy this deeply relaxing “laying on of hands” healing technique. The session is approximately 50 minutes long and will begin with a discussion and assessment of the main energy centers (the 7 Chakras). The client will remain fully clothed, lying on a comfortable massage table. Crystals will be used to aid and amplify the healing process. Lynn will use her training and intuition to create balance and flow energy to the receiver through gentle touch. Lynn may combine healing techniques, such as Reiki, with essential oils and soothing sounds.
How do I benefit from the sessions?
As mentioned above, Energy Healing is a stress reduction/relaxation practice, so most, if not all people, leave the session with a deeper sense of calmness and peace. Most people can experience and recognize the energy flowing through their body, and feel a sense of love, peace and safety from it. The sessions also have the potential to provide the receiver with deeper clarity on whatever healing they may need; clarity may come in the form of thoughts or emotional and physical release. This healing and chakra balancing can boost your immune system, transform or dissipate dense energy that may be stagnant in your system, and bring you back to balance. This is an alternative healing that can be used additionally with any other conventional healing, however, it does not and aims not to substitute medical treatment.
How often should I get a session?
As often as you would like. Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing is a self-care practice to use when an issue arises but also to maintain homeostasis.

Akashic Readings
So, you’ve had your first official Akashic reading. Now what? You are now allowed back into the magical world of the Akashic Records but this time, you can dive deeper into the record with your own personal questions. This is very exciting because you can find out answers to questions you have been longing to know the answers to. For example, you may want to know why you resonate with a specific time period? Maybe you have a hobby that interest you but not sure why you have that specific interest. Maybe you want to know more about a past life you experienced in your first reading. The questions are endless. You just have to create the questions.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) with Courtney Shackelford or Lynn Howerton. Emotion, Body or Belief Code

Many come to me feeling stuck and know something is going on subconsciously that they can’t quite reach. In your appointment, we will discuss any major physical, mental, emotional or spiritual concerns. After identifying what is most affecting your life, I’ll use muscle testing to see what will be most beneficial to work on during the session. Sometimes, I use the Emotion Code to release trapped and harmful emotions from past events. Clients may have an energetic Heart Wall preventing them from opening their hearts to love themselves and others, and much more. We can release the emotions forming the wall, allowing the dense energy to dissipate, and most feel an immediate lightness. If we decide you need a Body Code session, I will assist in releasing layers of energy trapped in an area of the body. By alchemizing these, we assist the body in healing itself! Most of our belief systems are formed by age seven. Some are healthy, while others are incredibly harmful. The subconscious perceives a belief as a filter through which life is interpreted. With the Belief Code, I identify and release unhealthy/negative programs, limiting beliefs, faulty core beliefs, faulty core identities, broadcast messages, and trapped emotions. To alter an incongruent belief, one must be willing to change, so if you are ready to shed the energies that are no longer serving you and work toward becoming the most authentic version of yourself, I’m here to help.
