Dynamic Hatha Yoga
Based in Dynamic Hatha Yoga (literally meaning sun/moon yoga), this class builds upon foundations of direct action and self–inquiry through asana (postures), Pranayama (breath) and meditation. In all EL Yoga classes, students are observed so that real time instruction can reflect and enhance the practice. We believe and teach in a way that shows the yoga is for EVERY BODY and we offer have ample time to settle into postures and find your breath. If you are new to yoga, then start with the Wednesday evening YOGA FOUNDATIONS practice.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a lovely opportunity to balance out our hectic daily lives, and we are happy to make it a consistent offering to the EL community! Each month, you’ll find two, 90 minute practices on the schedule. Each class is composed of about 6 restorative yoga postures–such as child’s pose or legs up the wall. All of the poses are fully supported with many props, like bolsters, blankets and sandbags with ample opportunity for relaxation. One class offers Yoga Nidra as an addition, and one offers Reiki Energy healing. Currently, there is space and props for six participants, so pre-registrater to reserve your spot.
When you settle into final savasana, Alisa will guide a Yoga Nidra practice. Nidra is a deep and healing meditation that is often called “Yogic sleep.”
Holland LeDelia and Lynn Howerton lead R & R (Restoraive & Reiki). Throughout the yoga practice, Reiki Master Lynn Howerton, will come around and offer Reiki energy healing to the participants. Reiki is a simple “laying on of hands” technique which promotes relaxation, reduces stress and supports your emotional and physical well-being. This is a lovely taste of this healing modality if you want to “try it out” before booking a private Reiki session or if you’re looking for a more affordable way to have the experience.
Look for our special restorative classes 1-2 times monthly.
