This is our Chakra series where each month, our full moon activities will revolve around a chakra (energy center).
Holland will lead the yoga practice with mantra and breathwork and present the full moon & astrological info, plus healthy refreshements.
We encourage everyone to take notice of the cycles of nature around us and this event is a chance for us to do it! Come to restore your energy and be in community as we enjoy spring and learn about speaking your truth and being impeccable with your word.
Space is limited, so preregistration is required.
These events take place every full moon.
Restorative Yoga
Join us for a truly relaxing evening of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra. The restorative yoga postures will be fully supported by props with plenty of time for sinking in before settling into the final savasana and guided through Yoga Nidra (Yogic “sleep,” a deep and healing meditation).
Space is limited, so you must reserve your spot ahead of time.
Look for our special restorative yoga classes 1-2 times monthly.
