The class covers all areas of singing bowl work from choosing a bowl to playing, use in meditation, mindfulness and resetting the nervous system. We also go over using the bowls directly on the body for yourself or if you happen to be a body worker. There is ample time for folks to choose some bowls to play with and a lot of group community around the bowls.
There will be bowls for sale at the event that are directly imported from Nepal.
