Reiki
Reiki is offered by Reiki Master and Energy Worker, Lynn Howerton once a month in person at Eastern Livity Duplex Studio.
Reiki is a “laying on hands” healing technique for a deep relaxation experience. Approximately 45-50 minutes, the sessions are given with the client fully clothed, on a massage table, and the practitioner flows energy to the receiver through gentle touch. Lynn with combine Reiki healing with crystals and soothing sounds.What is Reiki and how do I benefit from the sessions?
Reiki is a stress reduction/relaxation practice, so most, if not all people, leave the session with a deeper sense of calmness, and peace. Most people are able to experience and recognize the energy flowing through their body, and a sense of love, peace, and safety from it. The sessions also have the potential to provide the receiver with deeper clarity on whatever healing they may be in need of; clarity may come in the form of thoughts, or emotional and physical release. Reiki can boost your immune system and transform or dissipate dense energy that may be stagnant in your system, and bring you back to balance. Reiki is an alternative healing that can be used additionally with any other conventional healing, however it does not and aims not to substitute medical treatment. Reiki works with your chakra system transferring Divine energy throughout the body via the practitioner’s hands. This energy stimulates the physical body and offers the client the opportunity to grow and develop inwardly. Ideally, the energy flows smoothly and easily throughout the chakra system. Blockages and disturbances create either excessive or deficient energy. Your session will be geared toward creating balance.How often should I book?
As often as you would like. Reiki is a self-care practice to use when an issue arises but also to maintain homeostasis.This appointment is available in-person at Eastern Livity for $55 through 2023. Message if financial assistance or sliding scale pricing is needed.

The investment for this reading is $275 and can be broken into two payments ($137.50 when booking and $137.50 at the time of the reading)
